Send Your First Gift

Once CRMGift is installed, sending a gift takes three clicks:

1. Open a Record

Navigate to any Contact, Lead, or Opportunity in Salesforce. The CRMGift component appears in the sidebar or as a tab.

2. Browse & Select

Click Send a Gift to open the catalog browser. You can:

• Browse by category (Food, Tech, Home, Self-Care, etc.)
• Search by brand or product name
• Use AI recommendations (based on deal size and industry)

3. Personalize & Send

• Choose a digital card design
• Write a personal message (or use a template)
• Review the total cost
• Click Send Gift

The recipient receives a beautiful email with a gift link. They can:

• Accept the gift as-is
• Swap for something else in the same price range
• Enter their shipping address

All status updates flow back to Salesforce automatically.
