Payment Setup

Configure payment via the secure Stripe-powered form.

Payment Model

CRMGift uses Tremendous for reward fulfillment with a prefunded balance model. This means:

  • CRMGift never stores or processes credit card data
  • Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe
  • PCI compliance is maintained automatically

Setting Up Payment

  1. Open the Gift Sender component on any Salesforce record
  2. If no payment method is configured, you'll see a Set up payment prompt
  3. Click the button to open the secure Stripe form (rendered in an iframe)
  4. Enter your credit card details
  5. Click Save Payment Method

Billing

  • Free tier: No charges until you send a gift. Each gift is billed at the catalog price.
  • Pro/Team tiers: Monthly subscription billed to the same payment method, plus individual gift costs.
  • Receipts are available in the CRMGift Budget Dashboard.

Updating Payment

To update your payment method, navigate to CRMGift Settings in your Salesforce org and click Update Payment Method.
