Payment Setup
Configure payment via the secure Stripe-powered form.
Payment Model
CRMGift uses Tremendous for reward fulfillment with a prefunded balance model. This means:
- CRMGift never stores or processes credit card data
- Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe
- PCI compliance is maintained automatically
Setting Up Payment
- Open the Gift Sender component on any Salesforce record
- If no payment method is configured, you'll see a Set up payment prompt
- Click the button to open the secure Stripe form (rendered in an iframe)
- Enter your credit card details
- Click Save Payment Method
Billing
- Free tier: No charges until you send a gift. Each gift is billed at the catalog price.
- Pro/Team tiers: Monthly subscription billed to the same payment method, plus individual gift costs.
- Receipts are available in the CRMGift Budget Dashboard.
Updating Payment
To update your payment method, navigate to CRMGift Settings in your Salesforce org and click Update Payment Method.
